These pancakes are THE BOMB! Just 1 Tbsp coconut flour, 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp coconut oil (optional). I also added 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt. Probably not necessary, but it worked out wonderfully!
