Ingredients:  - Spinach/baby spinach   - 2-4 carrots  - 1/2 cucumber (I usually buy individually wrapped 3-pack from Costco)  - 1 banana  - 1 apple, quartered  - 1 slice of pineapple  - blueberries (about a handful)  - 1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder   - 16oz cup full of ice  - 16oz cup of water    Directions:  Chop and mix ingredients and blend for 30 seconds (much longer and heat will depleat nutrients).      romaine lettuce/cabbage, grapes, blackberries, raspberries make great substitutes.
