Thick slices of oven roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt and rosemary. An unfried sweet potato fry!

Roasted Sweet Potato Rounds: I peeled and cut them into rounds. Brushed coconut oil (melted) onto foil-lined baking sheet, then onto both sides of rounds. Shook salt & garlic powder onto the top side. Baked 450 for 10 minutes, flipped. Then more garlic & salt, then 8 more minutes.
