I think that this simple Baked Swai Fillet is something that you should try for many reasons. The first reason will be the taste, it is not that overpowering and unlike other fish, while the smell is not too fishy.
4 4oz fillets Swai Fish 2 tbs. butter 2 tbs. olive oil 1 tbs. Lemon juice 1 tbs. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning 1 tsp. paprika Melt butter and olive oil; add seasoning. Place fish in baking dish and over with seasoned butter mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Broil for 1 minute to brown top of fish.
