Pioneer Woman's Baked Ziti My notes: use 1 lb italian sausage, container ricotta, 16 oz bag mozz (but didn't use it all), 32 oz Carfagna sauce, little bit of onions. Split into two pans (one to freeze). Covered top with both mozz and parm.
Creamy Baked Spaghetti...made this 7.30.14 and it was delicious! Used diced mushrooms instead of ground beef. Sautéed the mushrooms along with 1/2 of an onion and 4 cloves of garlic in olive oil and added the sauce from the jar. Layered the ingredients in the pan but, used mozzarella cheese on top instead of cheddar cheese. My family loved this recipe.
