Bacon-wrapped scallops - Preheat oven to 425°F; rinse scallops under cold water; cut bacon strips in half and wrap each scallop; skewer 2–3 on a skewer and sprinkle with smoked paprika, seasoning both sides. Maple Bacon Wrapped Scallops! This is one of my favorite food holidays! I love Bacon Wrapped Scallops! In fact, we love them so much, I make them as a meal and not an appetizer! These go great with a nice roasted potato or rice! You have to try them!
