Grilled Cheese with Gouda, Roasted Mushroom and Onions Very good! I didn't have Gouda so I used 1 slice of Swiss and 1 slice of provolone. I also didn't have "bakery bread" so I just ended up using sliced whole wheat bread and it was still really good.
