Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs. This turned out really good.I used the rub from her recipe but had no chili powder on hand. So I put a teaspoon of piri piri (a Portuguese chili powder) instead. And for the barbecue sauce baby rays chipoltle. My husband loved it!
easy ribs, better than most restaurants. we use pork back ribs, covered in rub #2 the night before and KC BBQ sauce. We just lay them flat on the oven rack and foil a lower rack for drippings. They are becoming a Goodsell Father's Day tradition.
