1. Blend 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 egg, 2/3 cup milk. 2. Add mix-ins. (I made 6 total: two had blueberries, two had chopped spinach, and two had cheddar cheese.) 3. Lightly fry 2-3 minutes on each side.
