I used 1/2 large onion, 2 celery stalks, 2 potatoes, 1 package prawns, 1 can crab, 1 can whole baby clams, 8 large scallops cut into quarters, 0.5-1 lb halibut cut into cubes and some smoked salmon I had.

This was the best seafood chowder we've had in a long time! And I'm from the east coast! We will definitely have this again!
