BREAKFAST IDEA: Egg white omelet, mushrooms, pico de gallo,alfalfa sprouts, spinach, tomatoes, and avocado. Carbs: multi grain dry toast but a little trick is to spread the creamy avocado on it to make avocado toast. This is an egg white omelet but not because the yolk is bad (yolks contain a lot of essential nutrients), but because I already have a source of good fat in there [the avocado]. It is all about balancing out your meals. Side of fruit.
