This is an anchor chart created with a middle school class. It works well for any grade, but particularly fifth grade through high school. Often multiple other standards depend on the assumption that students in these grades recognize claims and can move on to evaluate the validity and strength of the multiple claims.
By the time students reach middle school and especially high school, there is this assumption that students know how to write. They have, after all, been doing it for five, six, seven, eight years, right? Wrong. Writing must be explicitly taught; it's not something to which students will just catch on.
