Homemade Furikake Recipe: 1/3 c nori, cut small 1/2 c sesame seeds 1 c bonito flakes 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp mirin 3 drops sesame oil Oven 275 F. Mix sesame seeds & bonito flakes. Add the soy sauce & mirin-mix well. Mix in nori. Spread evenly. Bake for 15-18 min or until the mixture is dry and slightly toasted. Watch carefully not to burn! -- Cool for 2 hours. Store at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks.
