Apple Banana Bread. Made this on 9/20. Doubled the recipe - added 1 extra apple and used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Also added chopped walnuts. It made 18 muffins, 2 small loaves, and a baby cake. Cook time muffins approx 18 minutes. AMAZING.
