Exactly. For me the issue is stomach discomfort and vomiting. I also get really short with people and agitated with almost anything. Its like I dont even want to be wherever it is I am having the anxiety attack at.
This true for me about 50% of the time the other 50% I'm outwardly sobbing and breathing erratically

Anxiety attacks are horrible... You can't control your body, you breath as though you can't, you cry uncontrollably, tremble & shake. And there's nothing to calm you down but time...
