When I get anxiety attacks I feel suicidal and dizzy plus I hyperventilate, shake, stutter and hit myself. I think I had one this time because I've had summatives (70% of my grade) every day of the week so far. I only got around an half an hour of sleep each night because I stayed up late to finish each project and I wake up at 4:30 every morning to…

Exactly. For me the issue is stomach discomfort and vomiting. I also get really short with people and agitated with almost anything. Its like I dont even want to be wherever it is I am having the anxiety attack at.
