Cast Iron Pans - These are the best tools with which to bake! Just make sure they are properly seasoned with a high-temp oil over hot heat until sealed. Wipe out with paper toweling, don't use soap! - You can also temper them in the over at 250 for 25 - 30 minutes.
u do not have a cleaning mode I would set the oven at 400 degrees. When this pan was done it was in for 3 hours so I would just suggest keeping an eye on it after 2 hours.
