Alton Brown's Baked Macaroni and Cheese from FoodNetwork. I made this last night, but instead of topping w/Panko crumbs, I crushed a dozen Ritz Town Crackers, mixed w/2 TBSP butter. I took it to a potluck, & came home with only a bit left in the bowl.
