120 calories for the whole tray!! That's FOUR waffles. Not to mention they pack 20g of protein and are low carb, grain free, and AMAZINGLY delicious. I'm hooked!
Almond Flour Waffles – Gluten Free
Paleo waffles - 1 1/2 cup almond flour - 1/4 cup almond milk - 2 large eggs - 1 teaspoon sea salt to taste - 1 teaspoon baking soda - Dash cinnamon to taste Preparation: - Preheat waffle iron - Whisk eggs on milk until frothy. - Combine wet ingredients with flour, salt and baking soda. - Beat until smooth - Put 1/4 cup of batter in preheated waffle iron - Cook for approximately 1 to 2 minutes until golden and remove. Top with fresh fruit of choice and almond butter.
