Easy Almond Flour Pancakes, I added apples and cinnamon. I also added soy milk because the almond flour I used seemed to be too dry.

Yummy - next time I will substitute butter for the coconut oil. For SCD, substitute baking powder with b. soda and a little salt. Get batter to room temperature first. They don't bubble up like wheat flour pancakes do when it's time to flip. As usual, the last pancakes had a better consistency to them than the first batch.
