Paleo Snickerdoodles: 2 cup almond flour, 1/8 tsp sea salt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 4-5 tbsp coconut oil (melted), 1/4 cup honey, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, mix, roll in cinnamon & flatten, bake at 350 for 7-8mins. *i used butter and maple syrup and they were good!
