Perfect Pan-Seared RIBEYE or SIRLOIN STEAK ~ There's nothing better than a tender juicy steak and good company. Put the cast iron skillet in a cold oven and turn it on broil. When the oven warms temp, put your steak in it and return to the oven for 4 minutes, flip it over and 4 more minutes. I always marinade in allegro and that's all.

Allegro Marinade - Gold Buckle Brisket Sauce- this sauce is amazing! I bought it at Kroger- mixed it with Kraft Original BBQ sauce and water- did not have to marinade over night! I baked it at 325 for 3-4 hours in a baking bag in the oven. I am from Texas- very picky about bbq and especially brisket- it was delicious and super easy!
