Allegro Marinade - Original - put 3lb brisket in crock pot fat side up, 1/2 bottle of (shaken) Allegro, cook on low 7-8 hours.  Let it come to room temp on the counter and take hardened fat off meat.  Shred with a fork and store w/ the rest of the sauce.

Perfect Pan-Seared RIBEYE or SIRLOIN STEAK ~ There's nothing better than a tender juicy steak and good company. Put the cast iron skillet in a cold oven and turn it on broil. When the oven warms temp, put your steak in it and return to the oven for 4 minutes, flip it over and 4 more minutes. I always marinade in allegro and that's all.

This is my son's favorite beef jerky made out of ground beef. 3lbs ground beef, bottle of hot and spicy Allegro marinade, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 10 dashes of hot sauce. Mix all ingredients and put in jerky press (or if no press make 1/4 inch strips) place on dehydrator trays and dehydrate. Time depends on you dehydrator, mine is done in 5 hrs.
