Berry Cobbler - ingredients: two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries, 1 can of diet clear soda (Sprite, 7-up), 1 box white cake mix (no pudding). Spray 9x13 pan with Pam; spread berries evenly in pan; add dry cake mix over top; pour soda slowly over cake mix; DO NOT stir; bake @ 350*F for 45-50 minutes; serve with ice cream.
Berry Cobbler - Spray a 9 x 13, dump in Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries/peaches and spread out. Sprinkle on a box white cake mix. Pour soda 1 can of 7-up slowly over the cake mix, DO NOT STIR. Bake 350 for 45-50 min.
Best served warm or at room temperature with warmed cream or fresh whipped cream. You can store this at room temperature with foil over it for days, probably longer in the fridge…but it never lasts that long for me!
