Five-a-day tagine - recipe is given for oven and for slow cooker. I omit the apricots, use 3x the carrots it calls for and used shallots instead of red onions. Cook it for 8 hours in the slow cooker then cook it again with a roast (lamb, beef, chicken, turkey - doesn't matter). One large batch was enough for 3 roasts for 3 people. It lends an amazing flavour to the meat and the veggies get the most incredible texture from being twice cooked. Definitely recommended.
