It doesn't need to be tied and can be slotted onto the top button of a shirt. The sell their items online, so they are available to anyone.

However, thanks to 3D printing, we have seen several very unique looking shower heads pop up on websites like Thingiverse and Shapeways. One designer, JMSchwartz11, took the original T-Rex head, and turned it into a brilliant shower head design. This will fit any standard 1/2″ shower head pipe, and should hold up nicely. Just be sure to warn your guests before they step into the shower!
