Use your knuckles to remember each month's days. Leave out the thumb's knuckle. Every month that lands on a knuckle has 31 days. Every month that lands on a groove in between has 30 days (or 28 for February). Equally useful is the poem: 30 days have September, April, June, and November: All the rest have 31, Except February, Which has 28 days clear, And 29 in each leap year.
How many days in each month! Use your knuckles or memorize the rhyme. "30 days has September, April, June, and November. All the rest have 31 Except February alone, Which has 28 days clear And 29 in each leap year."
