Made by Emma-Jane Stevens - An embroidered bag I constructed using an original 1940s bag as an example. I designed the embroidery myself and used the lap frame I brought from Create and Craft to make the needlework much easier on my hands. The embroidery is inspired by a rescue kitten I hand reared - her name is Sue Sue and she always comes running when she hears the 1940s song Shoo Shoo Baby.
