Workout to Fit Into Those Skinny Jeans! This workout really does work your butt & thighs. Combines cardio with strength. Do it in a row for a really kick butt workout. just did this, my legs are so tired! It's really well paced and not too hard.
Seriously killer butt workout--and you can do this. Just think if you did this exercise twice a day everyday for a few months. Do you think you'd get to buy smaller jeans? Probably so. (Hopefully I have to buy larger jeans) hahaa
Great cardio circuit with or without the treadmill running portion! You could also put these in between other body weight exercises to keep your heart rate up during HIIT (not that you necessarily need more cardio for that!
