Our strength classes consists of 8 weeks cycles. Every program is written with purpose to achieve the best results for you. This is a day out of our upcoming Full Body Cycle: *BACK SQUAT: Build to a heavy 8 rep *SUMO DEADLIFT: 3x12 *SUPERSET: 3x 10 DB Floor Press 12 Batwing Row *CORE: 30-20-10 Knee Tucks Sit Ups After each round 00:45 sec Plank Don’t worry if you are not familiar with movements or you can’t do them. We’re here for you to support and can adjust the program to your needs.
