Time for color! After a couple coats of painters caulking are spread on the Harbor and Creek, shaping and molding with my fingers and brushes, I let it all set up 24 hours. Base green color first, then adding blues of various transparencies to get depth, matching what real water does in shape and color. I use acrylic paints. Water based, easy clean up and they DON’T EAT THE FOAM! Lacquer or enamel paints that use paint thinner will!
