These little bagel bites are crispy on the outside combined with a soft and creamy center. I used low carb flour tortillas because I’m trying to keep my carbs down, but any tortillas can be used for this simple recipe. You won't believe how easy and delicious they are! Enjoy them for a quick breakfast or snack anytime of the day. Simply spread cream cheese and bagel seasoning onto large tortillas, roll into a log, cut into bite size pieces, and then pan fry with butter until crispy. Even my picky kids love them!
