QUESTION: I'm the owner of a boutique retail food business with a manufacturing base in mainland China with customers across Amercia, Europe, and in recent times China.  To date I have covered our commitments in China with a combinatiion of spot and hedged US $ based positions which have been instinctive.  We potentially have a new equity investor in Europe interested in us however he is asking questions about our treasury policy.  In short we don't have one.  Where do I start?
