30-Minute Mongolian Beef

Ground beef is simmered in a tangy sauce with onion. My Grandfather owned a drive-in restaurant back in the This is his exact recipe for Coney Dogs from back in the day. I make this on special occasions and it is always hit with friends and family. Enjoy.

Balsamic Vinegar and Whiskey Steak Marinade...Fill a shot glass with 1 part Balsamic, 1 part Whiskey. Rub steaks w/salt and pepper, marinate for 1 hour. THAT'S IT!

Shown here as a salad, but I make it hot by very lightly sauteing the Zucchini Ribbons in a little olive oil, add a dash of seasoning like Italian herbs and garlic,  add spinach just to wilt if you would like a little more nutrition :), add sun dried tomatoes, and some parmesan cheese. Hearty Chicken Stew with Butternut Squash & Quinoa

Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts  a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
