LIFESTYLE RESIDENTIAL: This 450m2 stunning family home was a design and build project.  The home boasts six bedrooms with upstairs parent retreat, media centre, rumpus, study and kitchen scullery.  It's plastered brick, coloursteel corrugated iron roof and schist detailing to columns with Macrocarpa beams that are clad over steel, make this a unique property.  This home features a 7x4.5m outdoor room with kitchen. #ClassicBuilders

As one of five building partners, Classic Builders architecturally-designed show home is available for public viewing at Hobsonville Point. Located at 11 Liquidambar Drive, behind Catalina Café, the hallmark of Classic Builders’ new show home is its elegance and sophistication.

LARGE-SCALE RESIDENTIAL Hobsonville Point Show Home Hobsonville Point is a brand new community, sitting on an expansive 167 hectares. As one of five building partners, Classic Builders architecturally-designed show home is available for public viewing at Hobsonville Point. Located at 11 Liquidambar Drive, behind Catalina Café, the hallmark of Classic Builders’ new show home is its elegance and sophistication.

SOCIAL HOUSING: TALBOT PARK, AUCKLAND In partnership with Housing New Zealand Corporation, we built 16 three bedroom units with eight properties being 112m2 and another eight sized 135m2.   Key features included two storey construction and tilt panel inter-tenancy walls. Cladding was a mixture of brick, Linea weatherboard, plastered Monotek and Titan board, with longrun roofing and separate carports. #ClassicBuilders

We constructed the majority of the villas as part of the first stage of a larger overall development of 81 villas. #ClassicBuilders

RETIREMENT VILLAGES: SOMERSET FALLS, AUCKLAND This semi-rural retirement village, Summerset Falls, is nestled amongst beautiful trees and located alongside the Mahurangi River in the historic village, Warkworth, on the North Auckland Peninsula. We constructed the majority of the villas as part of the first stage of a larger overall development of 81 villas. #ClassicBuilders

MEDIUM DENSITY: SARDINIA COVE, PAPAMOA Our house and land packages at this 44-lot subdivision in coastal Papamoa are tucked away in two quiet cul-de-sacs.  Medium density living provides a community feel and safety without compromising privacy. #ClassicBuilders

With the popular Gordon Carmichael Reserve nearby, these three bedroom, two bathroom homes proved popular for families. #ClassicBuilders
