Yes you can serve it on a plate or a dish too but I like it on a board 😅. Ingredients: • 1 burrata ball or 2. • 2 tbsp honey. • 1 tbsp chopped calabrian chiles. • basil leaves to taste. • olive oil to taste. • flaky sea salt (generously). • toasted pine nuts. •black pepper. Directions: • 1.- place parchment paper on your board. 2.-cut open your burrata and spread all that straciatella goodness. • 3.- combine the honey & calabrian chiles. • 4.- swirl the hot honey over the straciatella & drizzle olive oil. • 5.- add flaky sea salt, black pepper, pine nuts & basil.
