COTTAGE CHEESE BREAD 🥖 — w/ only 5 ingredients & GUT-FRIENDLY!
INGREDIENTS: + 2 cups of oats + 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese + 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds + 2 tbsp flax seeds + 2 eggs + 1 tsp of baking powder and salt INSTRUCTIONS: 1.) mix together all ingredients in bowl. 2.) place on parchment paper and form into a loaf shape parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 45-55 mins at 350F. 3.) let cool, slice and enjoy with your fav toppings! Are you going to try it!?
