How to make it: Mix 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 3 oz softened cream cheese, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 3 tbsp powdered sweetener & an egg. Pour into a greased ramekin and bake @ 350F for 15-20 minutes. 20min · 6 servings Keto Chocolate Mousse • Start with heating up ½ cup of heavy whipping cream in the microwave for at least one minute and stirring in 1 cup of sugar free chocolate chips. • Add a tsp of vanilla and a dash of salt then set aside. • In another bowl add 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream and mix until fluffy, this will take a few minutes. • Gently fold in your chocolate mixture into the cream and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. • Serve with a few chips on top and enjoy your guilt-free chocolate mousse.
