Why buy all the vegetable from the shops when we can plant a few ourselves ?! I was allowed a little corner in the garden where I will plant some veggies and herbs. The three first lucky chosen greens are: kale, spinach and celery. These are super healthy vegetables that tend to be quite pricey in the supermarket and end up going off quite quickly. So I thought if I plant these I can just keep picking them when I need them which is perfect and certainly free of pesticides....

Home baked barley bread with sesame and linseeds! YUM! My first attempt at baking barley bread with 100% organic ingredients, no salt or sugar and definitely no poisonous preservatives and flavours that are usually present in most breads found at the supermarket. It has a nice nutty flavour and is quite crispy. I love it! Done quite a few this week and the love for it is growing by the day! It kind of reminded me of scones. Best served warm though!
