Tips on Freezing Herbs
Freezing herbs- parsley, basil, chives, mint, sage, oregano, savory, dill, thyme and tarragon freeze well. It will soften their texture, making them suitable for cooked dishes, soups and salad dressings. Wash the herbs and pat them dry. Add olive oil to basil so the leaves don't crumble. Add lemon so the leaves won't brown.
