In a bowl, mix: 1/2 cup peanut butter 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder 3 tablespoons honey Then, fold in: 1/4 cup dark choc chips Divide the cookie dough evenly between a muffin pan, makes 6 In a separate bowl, mix: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or melts 2 teaspoons coconut oil Melt in the microwave (stir at every 15 seconds, keep an eye on it) Evenly pour chocolate over the cookie dough. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes until set, then place into the fridge
