Massy @mankofit Instagram photos | Websta Recipe ~Ground turkey tacos with avocado and instead of the unhealthy sour cream,( full of saturated fat ) I used plain Greek yogurt. Spices used: fresh basil, thyme, garlic, black pepper, fresh tomatoes, onions, chili powder , 1tbs Braggs liquid Aminos (low sodium soy sauce substitute) . To cook I used 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil And 8oz lean round Turkey. 2 warm small tortillas ( only 11g carbs each) 2tbs plain greek yogurt.
