High Protein banana bread:        3 - 4 ripe bananas  2TBS vanilla extract    1/3 cup low fat greek yogourt     ¾ crushed walnuts    2 to 3 TBS chia seeds    2 - 3 TBS of ground flax seeds    Pinch of salt    2 -3 eggs    2 cups coconut flour (or 1 c. protein powder and 1 cup of coconut flour)     ½ cup of almond flour (almond meal)    ½ almond milk or  coconut oil
