I had two hours to paint this morning, and it didn’t unfold the way I expected. Our show’s theme is Coming Up For Air, but I couldn’t feel more disconnected from it if I tried. Balancing family and creativity will be the greatest challenge of my life, and for me, coming up for air feels less like relief and more like rebellion.
