My favorite asian dessert! i use regular milk .soak  1 cup of tapioca in water for 1/2 hour (it will puff up) boil 2cups of milk with a touch sugar (3-4 tbsp)and vanilla (1 tsp)add the puffed tapioca (drain it first of water)  . continue boiling milk n tapioca until  the mixture is slightly think( sticks to the back of ur spoon),remove from stove top n pour in cups.cool n serve. i like to have it cold n sticky.
