Add greek yogurt in a bowl. If you don’t have greek yogurt, take 2 cups of curd in a muslin cloth and hang it for 30-40 minutes to get rid of excess water and you will be left with 1 cup of hung curd . You can use this instead of greek yogurt. 2. Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave. 3. Healthy coffee ice cream that is definitely worth the second scoop + is vegan😍🍦 Ingredients 1 cup coffee 1 cup dates 1 cup cashews 1 can full fat coconut milk 1 tsp vanilla salt to taste Cinnamon to taste Directions 1. Soak your cashews and dates for 4 hours - overnight 2. 2.Once tender, add all Ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth! I like to use the pre-made ice cream setting on the Vitamix Ascent Series A3500 3. Add to ice trays (can fill up two) and freeze overnight 4. Once completely frozen, add to the blender with ½ c of vegan milk until you get consistently you would like. I add around 1 c. 🎥@blkandvegan

TRUST THE PROCESS!! This 5 ingredient chocolate mousse is kind of life changing. No messing about folding egg whites needed. Just add melted chocolate + all other ingredients to a blender and ta daaaa you’ve got a gorgeous whipped dessert. It is a little runny at first but firms up perfectly in the fridge Now, you cannot taste the tofu but you ~must~ use the right kind of tofu - it’s gotta be silken. Anything else will be too dense and will not work, so please make sure to use the right one :)
