Our Warehouse Shop

Our Hampshire base may not be quite so historic, having opened in 1967, but it is equally important to the business.

Made especially for us by Viña Quintay, an excellent producer with extensive and varied vineyard holdings situated in the cool-climate region of Casablanca Valley, this is textbook Sauvignon Blanc with vibrant green fruit aromatics and ripe yet refreshing tropical notes on the palate. Lees ageing has added texture, making this not only a perfect apéritif but also a great match to a variety of fish, vegetable and goat's cheese dishes.

Aprons

Not just part of the uniform, an apron can say a lot about a restaurant and its approach to food.

Made only in stainless steel, the nose is alive with notes of violets, plum and pepper. Yet it’s on the palate where Nero d’Avola really shines, displaying a gorgeously silky texture, suave succulence of wild cherry, no tannins and a deliciously cleansing acidity that makes it a perfect partner to many antipasti dishes. So refreshingly good and drinkable. Drink 2014–2018
