HELPFUL TIPS / INSTRUCTIONS 1. Chill Brie in the freezer for 10 min so it’s easier to cut 2. Cut brie into eighths. (Like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut id the brie is sticking to it. 3. Within each “slice” cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side. 4. Once cheese gets back to room temp, some of the slices may stick together, but it’s still a great guide for your guests to cut and serve themselves. I’ve been seeing this all over the place. Cheesy bacon twist
Preparation: I roll out one puff pastry, sprinkle it with grated cheese, cover it with the other pastry, press down the edges thoroughly, then cut it into strips about 2 fingers thick. I fold the strips in half in the middle, wrap each slice in bacon and bake in the airfryer at 180 degrees for 13-15 minutes. If you like, we can also offer a dip. The baking time may vary from oven to oven.
