Aro Hā Kitchen

Things from our culinary crafters... The vigorous, dynamic daily movement you’ll experience at Aro Ha is supported by gluten free, Paleo, whole-foods detox menus. Our menu's offer about 1200 calories a day – the bulk of which come from dietary fats such as avocado, coconut, cultured pasture butter, pasture eggs, olives, fatty nuts and seeds. Enzymatically active and supplemented with dense mineral rich super foods, these menus are geared for metabolic therapy.

Hydrate with a large glass of lemon water to start, follow with a few full body stretches (in the shower if you’re rushed), and then treat yourself to a nutrient rich breakfast. This “Self love cereal” is an Aro Hā favourite. Skip the coffee, dairy & sugar, and follow some of our previously suggested alternatives instead. Let us know what you think!
