Bird feeders made from plastic plate and bowl from grocery, 99 cents, 3 nuts and 4 washers I found in the shop, an 8" threaded bar for less than $2 from Lowes and 1 wingnut at the top. Inspired by a Pintrest pin that had no instructions for hanging so I used a wing nut on the top of the plate so I could wrap a piece of wire around it.
