What I eat in a day
a full day of healthy and colorful eats team 🌈 breakfast: avocado + eggs on toast and a banana (my pre workout meal) post workout shake: pink cloud smoothie (with banana, almond milk, protein powder, frozen raspberries) lunch: a balanced lunch SNACK PLATE with veggies, tortillas, hummus, feta + pretzels 🥨 dinner: my favourite rice bowl with tofu, kimchi, veggies and of course LOTS of sriracha dessert: a yogurt bowl with berries and my favourite toppings remember that everyday looks different and what’s important is that you listen to YOUR body and give it what it needs ❤️
